This monthly series contains a schedule of Velocity Trade Exchange Member Events, special announcements and General Networking events in the Triad during the current month that our readers are likely to have an interest in knowing about. 

I firmly believe that we, as the Triad small business community, can insulate ourselves and even thrive during difficult economic times through creative and collaborative efforts. VTE Members in the News:   Congratulations to VTE Members Amy Meinecke with the Elegant Window and Jack Clemens with Piedmont Corporate Impressions for making the news! Amy was interviewed by Fox 8 Morning News on October 22nd regarding National Window Coverings Safety Month. Click Here to view The story's summary by Fox 8 (fourth story down). Jack Clemens had an article published in the October 24 – 30, 2008 edition of the Business Journal (page 15) about strategic corporate gift giving. Great work!
