Option 1: Request a FREE Consultation Meeting
1.Please complete the VTE Prospective Member Profile Form in Word and
    e-mail it, or to download and print the pdf form.

2. Select "Save as" and add your company name to the end of the document file
      name (i.e.: VTE Consultation Form - Acme Contractors.doc) and press "Save."

3. Click Here to E-mail the completed form as an attachment to us. We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving the consultation form to schedule a free, face-to-face consultation during which, we will assess the extent to which VTE will be able to help you achieve both your short and long term goals.

Please keep in mind that it may take a few days to connect with you during times that we are experiencing a high volume of requests. We occassionally also miss e-mails to the SPAM Filters. Please feel free to contact us to verify status.

We will provide you with a membership agreement and application at the time of our appointment.

    agreement.
3. Download and sign the W-9 Form.
